Founder of Tred’si, Jean Yves Tremblay is the visionary who initiated the recovery of treated wood reaching the end of its intended use. Readied with an excellent business sense, he knew how to seize opportunities, thus propelling the growth of his company. His success earned him national recognition as a leader in this sector.
With more than 30 years of experience, Jean-Yves has in-depth, first-hand expertise in logging and wood processing. He has successfully spread his passion, knowledge, and know-how within the company, ensuring the sustainable longevity of its activities.

Mohika Tremblay is an entrepreneur recognized for her commitment to the environment and sustainable development. At the helm of Tred’si, she was honored among the 100 Quebec entrepreneurs changing the world recognized by Femmessor, thanks to her positive impact on society as well as her adherence to the UN’s sustainable development goals. Her passion for all forests is reflected in her management of the company, where she promotes the sustainable use of resources and the protection of ecosystems.
In addition to her environmental achievements, Mohika Tremblay has also been recognized for her innovative business model, which has allowed Tred’si to open to the American market and win the award for New Exporter of the Year in the Eastern Townships.
